IAGA SYMPOSIUM IS 2.15/3.11:  Interhemispheric Contrasts in 
			      Substorm Signatures

Convenor: J.C. Samson
Co-convenor:  J.R. Dudeney

This symposium encompasses studies on the experimental and  
theoretical evaluation of significant interhemispherical contrasts 
in  the signatures of substorms.  These studies should aim at 
providing  critical tests of competing substorm theories.
