   TECHNIQUES FOR SPACE PLASMAS

As announced in previous SPA Newsletter (Issue 30), the AGU Chapman
Conference on Measurement Techniques for Space Plasmas: What Works 
and What Doesn't will be held in Santa Fe, New Mexico, April 3-7, 
1995. All in situ measurement techniques in space plasmas are topics
for this Chapman Conference (e.g., measurements of neutral upper 
atmosphere and dust are welcome).  Deadline for submitting an 
abstract and for travel support is December 16, 1994
