1. AGU SPA HOMEPAGE AVAILABLE ON WORLD WIDE WEB

A SPA Homepage has been implemented under Janet Luhmann's 
supervision and is now available on World Wide Wed (WWW). The URL of
the SPA homepage is: http://igpp.ucla.edu/spa/Welcome.html. It contains
information about the section, its officers, activities, journals, and
links to other homepages of relevance to SPA members, such as NASA, NSF, 
NSSDC/GSFC, JPL/PDS, SPDS, and JGR-Space Physics. You are encourged to 
review the SPA homepage and send your comments to SPA newsletter editor
