Description
IMF_read_Cluster imports a Cluster - file into the IMF-toolbox
IMF_read_Cluster(start,stop) imports a Cluster - file from the specified start-time to the specified stop-time into the IMF-toolbox
Remark
'start' is for example: '2001 MAY 02 10 55 32 089'
'stop' is for example: '2001 MAY 02 11' --> you don't need to write minutes, seconds and miliseconds if they are zero
