The Scarf Award

The Space Physics and Aeronomy Section presents this award annually to a recent recipient of a Ph.D. (or equivalent degree) for outstanding dissertation research that contributes directly to solar-planetary science. The awardee is expected to deliver an invited paper on the dissertation topic at the Spring or Fall AGU meeting.
